Shipping locations

We currently ship to customers within the United States. Available shipping methods and pricing will be shown at checkout based on your delivery address.

Order processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). During peak periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping methods & delivery estimates

Delivery times are estimates and begin once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard Shipping: typically 3–7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: typically 2–4 business days
  • Express Shipping: typically 1–2 business days

Shipping times may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, weather, and seasonal demand.

Shipping costs

  • Free Standard Shipping is available on eligible orders over $30 (after discounts and before tax).
  • For orders under $30, shipping is calculated at checkout based on item weight/dimensions and destination.
  • Expedited and Express rates are also calculated at checkout where available.

Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier used may vary depending on the package, destination, and the most efficient service available at the time of dispatch.

Tracking your order

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch.

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to reship the parcel.

Split shipments

To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may sometimes ship in multiple packages. If this happens, you’ll receive separate tracking updates for each parcel.

Delivery issues, lost or delayed parcels

If your tracking hasn’t updated for several days or your parcel appears delayed, please contact our support team and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.

Damaged packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the outer packaging
  • Photos of the item(s) and any damage

This helps us resolve the issue quickly.
