Returns window

We offer 30-day free returns on eligible items. You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, including:

  • Unused, uninstalled, and unmodified
  • With all original parts, accessories, manuals, and documentation
  • In the original packaging (where applicable)

Items that show signs of use, installation, damage, modification, or missing components may be refused or may receive a partial refund, depending on the condition of the return.

Non-returnable items

Some items may not be eligible for return due to safety, hygiene, or other restrictions. If an item is not eligible, this will be noted on the product listing or during the returns process.

How to start a return

To begin a return, please visit our Help Centre and submit a request (or use the Returns option if available).
When contacting us, please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item arrived damaged or incorrect)

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a return label.

Return shipping

Eligible returns within the 30-day window include free return shipping. Please follow the return instructions provided by our team to ensure your return is processed correctly.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing may take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider

Partial refunds

A partial refund may be issued if:

  • The item is returned used, installed, altered, or damaged
  • Any original parts/accessories/manuals/packaging are missing
  • The item is not returned in its original condition

Incorrect or damaged items

If you receive an incorrect item, or your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been processed or dispatched, it may not be possible to cancel, and you may need to follow the return process instead.
