Are your products new?
We stock a mix of product conditions. Each listing clearly shows the item’s condition and any important details.
Do you restock the same items?
Some items may be restocked, but many are limited-quantity deals. If you see something you like, we recommend purchasing before it sells out.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed or dispatched yet, we may be able to help. Contact us as soon as possible and include your order number.
Do you offer bulk or multi-item discounts?

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — we offer free standard shipping on eligible orders over $30.
How much is shipping on orders under $30?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and the item’s size/weight.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. You’ll see available options at checkout, including standard and expedited services.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update.
My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, contact us with your order number and we’ll help investigate with the carrier.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return window?
We offer 30-day returns on eligible items. You must request a return within 30 days of delivery.
Are returns free?
Eligible returns within the return window include free return shipping. Return instructions will be provided after your request is approved.
What condition must the item be in to return it?
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, and returned with all original parts, accessories, manuals, and packaging (where applicable).
When will I receive my refund?
After we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Banks may take 3–10 business days to process the refund.
Can you refuse a return or issue a partial refund?
Yes. Returns may be refused or partially refunded if the item shows signs of use/installation, is damaged/altered, or is missing parts/accessories/packaging.
What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve it quickly.
